Welcome to the 360 Degree Feedback Process at Signify.

Signify is committed to the on-going development and growth of all our colleagues.

Investing in our own growth and development requires time for self-reflection as well as an appreciation of feedback provided by our peers, seniors and other key stakeholders.

The 360 Degree Feedback Process at Signify is a critical experience to support our own development, to understand our strengths and blindspots and to identify key priorities where we can change and develop further.

Signify offers two types of 360 feedback survey’s for you to choose from.

Our 360 degree feedback focusing on our VALUES provides you insights and reflections on how you are living Signify’s values in your current role.

Our 360 degree freedback focusing on our LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES is meant for you if you are currently a people leader and you are looking to get insights into your leadership style.

You are welcome to do both 360 degree feedback surveys if you are a leader looking at gaining insights into how you live our values and how you lead our people.

The entire 360 Degree Feedback Process is expected to be completed within 2 weeks of initiation

Get Started

Initiate with your own 360 Degree Feedback Process by clicking the 'Get Started’ button below.

You will be asked to complete a brief form to sign up. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Accept 360 Platform Invitation

Within 1 working day of submitting your ‘Get Started’ form, you will receive an email invitation to the Lighthouse 360 platform. Please accept the invitation and create your own password.

Nominate Your Feedback Givers

Once you login to the Lighthouse platform, please read through the nomination guidelines, nominate your Feedback Givers and send them the invitations via the platform.

Make sure that you discuss and agree your Feedback Givers with your line manager prior to entering them on the platform.

Complete Your Self Evaluation

Complete your own self evaluation on the Lighthouse platform.

Try and complete your own evaluation in one go, with minimal disruptions.

Send Reminders to Your Feedback Givers

Track the feedback completion status for each of your Feedback Givers on the Lighthouse platform and send on-going reminders.

Do remember that personalised follow ups and nudges always work better than system generated messages.

View Your Reports

Once the process has been completed, you can view and download your own report via the Lighthouse platform. We encourage you to have a discussion with your manager based on the insights of your report and agree on a few development priorities.

Please note that a minimum of 3 Feedback Givers are required in each peer or direct report category to release your report, in order to maintain confidentiality and integrity of the process.

Signify is offering below the two types of 360 Degree Feedback Process.

360 Degree Feedback based on Signify Values – relevant for everyone

The demonstration of Signify’s Values have been classified at three levels - Applying, Guiding and Shaping. While completing the nomination form, please do consider the appropriate level that would be relevant for you.

Apply

If you are starting or are relatively early in your career, use the “apply” level.

Guide

If you are in middle management roles, use the “guide” level.

Shape

If you are a senior leader in a function, business or market leader role, use the “shape” level.

The 360 Degree Feedback Process for Signify’s Leadership Principles is targeted for all people leaders to understand their leadership style as they lead-develop-inspire their teams.
